\"\"In 1975,after having the Doctorate degree in Chemistry, I Served D.A.V. College Jalandhar as a M. Sc. Prof. For one year, then I came to Ludhiana & taught B. Sc. Students at Arya College From 1976 to 1980, but as my family was in Oil business so from the beginning I want to do something in applied chemistry field. For this I left the Job in 1980 & started a very small Lab. For the Analysis Of Oil & Food samples.<\/span><\/p>\n

In 1984, I introduced the Analysis of Steel (Ferrous & Non Ferrous) , In 1986, I served as a Consultant For Dyeing Industry Association & provided them a new Compact Efficient & Economical model for the Purification Of Effluent (Water Waste) this model was appreciated by Pollution Control Board & was installed in many Dyeing Units. Then I gave another design for Effluent treatment for electroplating, Tanneries & Vanaspati units at a very Economical cost.<\/span><\/p>\n

In 1988 Our Lab. Was approved by the Health Dept. Punjab Under Drug & Cos. Act & with this Our Lab. Became the first lab. Approved in Punjab. Then in 1990 we Installed G.L.C. For analysis of Oil & Fat because it was very difficult to detect the presence of one Veg. Oil in other because all Veg. Oils have almost similar Chemical prop. Like S.V., I.V. Etc<\/span><\/p>\n

Then in 1997 we introduced many new branches like Rubber testing , fertilizer, Petroproducts, water (drinking & effluent), boiler Comp., Feed & Chem., Dyes & textile & Air & Noise Pollution Analysis.<\/span><\/p>\n

Our Lab. Is equipped with Latest instruments like G.L.C. Computerized Spectro For Dyes & Textile & U.V. Spectrophotometer. I have a hobby of writing Articles for the benefits of normal consumers & The industries, which inspires me to work with dedication & Strength.<\/span><\/p>\n

Our Lab. Is now Analyzing the samples of Govt. , Semi Govt. & Private Sector. I feel very much Satisfied by providing these services to the Ind. Which much needed by them for their QC. Now my son Tarun Bali after doing his M.Sc. (Chemistry) & Abhishek Bali after doing his B.Pharma has joined me, who encouraged me to have ISO certification & Now We are An ISO certified laboratory.<\/span><\/p>\n
